Warranty and Returns

Please email hello@bioromper.com to initiate the return process. We ask that you provide your name and order #.


Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Returned merchandise must be unworn (with garment tag attached, if tag was included). Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements or if there are any signs of damage or wear.


Products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.



Turnaround Time

It will typically take us 2-4 weeks to complete a return upon initiating the process, due to shipping and restocking. Sometimes it might be faster, sometimes it might be slower. We will always do our best to accommodate our customers. We are only an email away at hello@bioromper.com if you would like to stay apprised of your return process.

We will provide a return label via email -- though we reserve the right to request that customers' handle shipping in case of extenuating circumstances. In these instances, please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until our warehouse signs for its delivery. We are not responsible for delays in return shipping or for products lost during shipment.
